RETURNS
We offer a 10-day free return policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Items: The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- No Damage: The item must be free of damage or signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at returns@cordvibe.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Label: We’ll send you a free prepaid shipping label for your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exclusions
- Items that are damaged, show signs of use, or do not meet the conditions above will not be eligible for a refund.
